Texas has what is called the Texas Payday Law. The Payday law enforces the law about paychecks and when to get paid and so on. Texas is having a problem enforcing their own laws due to corrupted employers and corrupted people in the Texas Workforce Commission. This is all proof of in paper of the scams from the employer and the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin, Texas. Im covering myself because I don't have money for a lawsuit. I don't make lots of money to defend myself in a lawsuit so im taking this matter to the internet where everyone will know the scams that are going with some employers and the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin, Texas. I received a referral from Texas Work Source or www.workintexas.com to an employer that refused to pay me my wages owed to me. I worked for an employer not too long ago for a short period of time. I left the employer because I didn't feel the business was well organized so I left. Then I asked for a paycheck and I was flat out denied! The employer was summons from the Texas Workforce Commission and decided to cooperate and attended the hearings over the phone which I didn't think was gonna work over the phone. I would think that having hearings in person would be better delt with so that lies are harder to commit and the mediator would see everything all at once. In another state where I use to live, you and the employer report to the place where the referral was given such as Texas Work Source or what is sometimes called the Labor Board. While the hearing was done over the phone the employer lied under oath to the Texas Workforce Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin, Texas bought the lie. After showing proof that the employer lied, Texas Workforce Commission refused to listen to me anymore. The employer told the Texas Workforce Commission that they already paid me my wages. This is the lie! The employer sent a bogus fake check stub showing my wages have already been paid in hand written ink. If that was the case then where is the canceled check? I asked the Texas Workforce Commission for a canceled check and never required the employer for a copy of a canceled check. So if you want to hire someone and you don't want to pay them their wages then come to Texas where lies are being told and the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin, Texas is corrupted and don't listen very well. Please feel free to leave feedback. You can say im stupid for doing this or im a coward for hiding. I cannot give a lot of detail for fear of a lawsuit which I have no money for. Members of the media, don't go and find me because you'll never find me or pay me enough to come out of hiding. I have to do this to send a message out about the lies from the employer and the corruption from the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin, Texas. Their a bunch of crooks. If someone refused to pay you your wages don't use the Texas Workforce Commission. Take the employer to small claims court. That will probably be the best thing to do.
